So I ended my fast a little earlier than anticipated. I ate at 72 hours rather than waiting til the next morning. Overall, it was a successful 3 days. I started my fast at 178 lbs and weighed in at 172 this morning. That’s -6 lbs in 3 days.💟
Today, I’m back to eating and restricting calories. Going to try to keep it below 800 all June as well as throw in some fasting days.
Btw, I didn’t work out at all during my fast so I’m also gonna get back on my exercise routines starting today.
